I had to sneak through a broken fence to get this picture. I've walked past many a time but never seen the garden. It's quite big with a sizeable pond (200ft x 50ft) that streams past the house and then under and feeds into the canal close by.
There's been very little protection from the weather over the years; the inside of the house stinks of dampness and would need to be completely gutted. Quite a challenge.
I do remember someone living here in the '70s and remember them doing some remedial brickwork on the surrounding 7ft wall. I think they moved out in the early '80s and it's been empty since

These pictures were taken from the outside looking through protective metal coverings on the windows. It's a mess inside but some things look salvageable.
